The Draw is structured as a prize competition with a free entry route, operated outside the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005 (section 339). The Promoter is a signatory to the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators (November 2025).
Open to UK residents aged 18+ at time of entry, excluding employees, contractors and directors of the Promoter, The Sybarite, and the charity partner, and their immediate family members and household members.

Each postal entry = 5 entries. One entry per envelope. Multiple envelopes permitted. Must arrive by the closing date.

The Promoter may extend the Entry Period by up to four weeks beyond the original closing date if operational requirements make this necessary. Only one extension is permitted. The draw will run on the extended closing date regardless of entry volume.

Includes: one-to-one concierge consultation within 48 hours; a bespoke itinerary including destination, accommodation, flights, transfers and agreed experiences; any destination worldwide subject to FCDO travel advice.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Travel insurance is the winner's responsibility. The prize must be taken within 12 months of winner confirmation.
